Please keep in mind when selecting date/time:
- All inspections must be requested a minimum 48 hours in advance.
- If an inspection request is submitted with less than 48 hours notice it will fall into the normal queue of inspections.
- If inspection is cancelled due to weather or any other delay not caused by Hillman Engineering, then then inspection request must be submitted again with the typical 48 hour notice requirement. A cancelled inspection means a cancelled inspection request.
- Form must be filled out in English.
- All fields are required except sub permit number, if a field is filled out incorrectly it will cause a delay in inspection, please be sure to fill out every field correctly.
- Please be sure to select the correct requested inspector.

Please note that the inspection request form provided on this platform is exclusively for use by contractors currently engaged in projects where we serve as the engineer of record. Access to this form is restricted to the general contractor or their authorized representatives, such as site superintendents, foremen, project managers, etc.
If you are not the designated general contractor or one of their authorized representatives, we kindly ask that you refrain from completing the inspection request form. Any submissions made by unauthorized individuals will be disregarded and promptly removed from our systems.
