What is a SIRS & What Does It Include?
Florida’s Senate Bill D4 requires all condominium associations existing before July 1, 2022, to complete a SIRS. Condominiums three stories or taller must complete a Structural Integrity Reserve Study every 10 years, and failing to comply is a breach of fiduciary duty for board members and officers. It is not just a smart idea, but legally required!
